DEKOMONDIAL 2.0, the new electric oven.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The new electric oven Dekomondial 2.0 is the response for the growing need for production flexibility, ease of installation, simplicity of use and environmental protection.<\/p>\n

Dekomondial 2.0 is an extremely compact electric oven with a minimum footprint, and all the maintenance work can be performed from the front. The baking decks are completely independent, permitting maximum flexibility of use.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the new PM \u2013 Power Management function, the high performance insulation and the new high efficiency steamers, the Dekomondial 2.0 electric oven ensures low operating costs, reducing consumption and respecting the environment.<\/p>\n

New doors\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThe new doors open upwards as a standard and are equipped with heat-reflecting glass for even greater energy savings.<\/p>\n

Optimal lighting\u00a0<\/strong>
\nEach chamber is illuminated by long-lasting 2 dichroic halogen bulbs (with integrated parabola) that guarantee a perfect view of the product.<\/p>\n

Front access\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThanks to the use of longitudinal heating elements, all maintenance work can be performed from the front, allowing the oven to always have two free sides.<\/p>\n

Constant insulation\u00a0<\/strong>
\nA dual layer of high density rock wool pad (100kg\/m3) envelopes the oven perimeter, guaranteeing maximum thermal insulation and its constancy over time.<\/p>\n

Tilting working table\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThe new tilting working table reduces the oven front volume, making loading and unloading operations easier. It is made completely out of stainless steel.<\/p>\n

PM Power Management\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThis is a new smart device managing the installed power, which can operate in three distinct modes based on the actual use of the single decks.<\/p>\n
